Easy Cooking for Busy Folks

All about cooking food the fast, easy way w/o loosing taste & nutrition.

What should I talk of…

Posted by Dipti Shah on March 19, 2009

Deciding to write a food blog was the easy. Now came the difficult part — the actual writing. Being a non-vocal person, this was pretty difficult for me. But I had decided so I began my research & found tons of food blogs.

Now obviously a food blog will talk of food, recipes, restaurant reviews etc, but I wanted to my blogs to offer something different at the same time shouldn’t take a lot of time (remember I work 24 X 7 ).

So keeping this in mind, I decided to be Rachael Ray & Sandra Lee combination (Rachdra Lol !!!!!!) & hope this will help me get more & more organized.

Posted by Dipti Shah on March 18, 2009

Welcome to easycooking4 .

This blog is my attempt to show that cooking can be done quiet easily & simply with a little bit of oraganization.

We’ll also talk of week-end cooking. Preparing ahead of time  & semi-home made.

I’ll try to talk of left-over handling.

So friends… Keep those ideas & comments coming.
